As a Wealth Management Solution Analyst in the WM IRS Annuity & Life Insurance Product Management and Business Development Team, you will support product onboarding, management, and development initiatives across Chase Wealth Management, JPMorgan Securities, and the Private Bank. You will partner with global product teams, manage product collaterals, analyze business opportunities, and liaise with carriers and stakeholders to deliver world-class solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work across lines of business and functions, driving product excellence and client satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct product due diligence with a focus on annuities products across LOBs
• Partner with global product teams to support product launches, updates, and ongoing monitoring
• Manage product collaterals including training decks, interest rate documents, and competitor benchmarking
• Analyze annuity business data to identify and support business growth opportunities
• Understand and define business needs in the context of short and long-term objectives
• Liaise with carriers and internal/external stakeholders for day-to-day product management tasks
• Analyze product performance across LOBs and advisor adoption
• Manage internal working groups for day-to-day product management tasks

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in project or product management within financial services
• High attention to detail and superior multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Broad understanding of JPMorgan Asset Management and Global Wealth Management
• Excellent communication skills and poise in giving presentations, especially to senior management
• Demonstrated aptitude for sales support and client relationship management
• Ability to be a dynamic member of a team
• Strong initiative, energy, and confidence in completing projects with limited supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Experience with Annuity & Life Insurance products
• Experience managing carrier and vendor relationships
• Experience supporting product launches and updates
• Experience in data analysis and business research
• Experience working across multiple lines of business and functions
