We are seeking an Intern for Inside Sales role to drive top-of-funnel growth and pipeline development for IBSi offerings. This role will be responsible for outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and early-stage engagement with senior decision-makers across financial institutions. The position would also involve pre-sales activities like research, proposal / approach notes development.

• Execute outbound campaigns across email, and social channels (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to engage senior stakeholders in financial institutions
  
• Qualify inbound leads and build a consistent, revenue-aligned pipeline
  
• Conduct discovery conversations
  
• Maintain pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools such as Zoho
  
• Collaborate with Marketing, and Sales to optimize campaigns
  
• Responsible for approach notes / proposal development
  

• Management degree or equivalent, with an understanding of B2B marketing concepts
  
• Freshers can apply; however, any experience will be an advantage
  
• Self-motivated, adaptable, proactive and wiling to learn
  
• Hard working and an ability to work with international team members
  
• Excellent communication skills who enjoy relationship building
