Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Conduct initial counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend/convince about our offerings.
- Make outbound calls on cold data and curated data (when available) to convert prospects into active leads and sales opportunities.
- Follow up with leads consistently and maintain a high conversion ratio.
- Maintain an accurate record of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Coordinate with the counselling, application, and visa teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly and quarterly sales/enrolment targets.
- Keep up to date with global education trends, application deadlines, and admission processes across major study destinations like UK.
- Represent the company in webinars, seminars, and virtual events when required.
- Provide excellent customer experience and build lasting relationships with students and parents.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the overseas education or EdTech industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other productivity platforms.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
