Technical Skills Required

  • At least 2-4 years of experience on Windows OS administration and troubleshooting


  • Should have good knowledge on AD, DNS, DHCP and SSL Certificate


  • Should have good understanding of VMware vSphere and Datacentre virtualisation


  • Excellent knowledge and of Microsoft Azure patch management tool


  • Should have experience on SCCM patch management and deployment


  • Excellent communication skills (written and Verbal)


  • Understanding and should have knowledge of ITIL best practice


  • Experience on support ticketing tool


  • Basic knowledge of PowerShell cli & Chef, Rundeck, python.


  • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to handle and lead multiple tasks


  • Basic knowledge of AWS cloud architecture


  • Should be ready to work in weekend On-Call


  • Direct involvement in incidents or problems (irrespective of priority) that cause service or product impact


  • Basic knowledge of Linux platform


Advantageous

  • Microsoft windows server, Azure and ITIL certification


  • Good command on Linux (rhel-6, rhel-7 and Ubuntu)


  • Process automation using PowerShell, python, or any languages


  • Relevant cloud certification in AWS


  • Knowledge of scripting languages


  • VMware Certification
