You'll champion Continuous Improvement initiatives and projects, and you'll identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements. Job Responsibilities:
- Use accepted industrial engineering and accounting principles to develop, implement, and maintain total manufacturing standards.
- Utilize continuous improvement methodologies to assist operations in meeting strategic objectives.
- Enact quality control procedures to resolve productivity flow problems or minimize cost.
- Drive sustained improvements through the utilization of process flows, operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Assist in determining optimal shop floor layouts, product flow strategies, assembly methods, ergonomics, material handling, etc.
- Perform time and motion studies to develop standards for labor utilization.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental lines
- Highly organized and proficient in project management
- Proven ability to motivate and influence teammates to drive organizational change
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting to leadership
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS in Industrial Engineering or related discipline and 4-5 years' experience in manufacturing, or in absence of degree 8 years experience.
- Experience utilizing project management tools (KPIfire or similar).
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63662 - $108225
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
