A Day in the LifeAbout the role.

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Director of Indirect Channels Performance to lead the evaluation and optimization of our indirect channel ecosystem. This role will oversee the strategy and execution of performance evaluation, distributor assessments, training effectiveness, and financial analysis to drive excellence across our distribution network. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with strategic leadership to enhance channel performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Strategic Leadership in Performance Evaluation:

Define and implement the overall strategy for assessing and enhancing indirect channel performance. Establish performance metrics and reporting structures to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Training Effectiveness and Partner Enablement:

Ensure evaluation and improvement of distributor training programs. Collaborate with COE Indirect Channel Execution and Commercial teams on aligning training programs with performance needs and market requirements.

Inventory and Financial Analysis:

Oversee the tracking and analysis of distributor inventory levels to optimize stock and avoid inefficiencies. Lead margin and credit note (CN) analysis to ensure financial health and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Distributor Assessment and Relationship Management:

Oversee systematic evaluations of distributor capabilities, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals. Lead processes for issuing warning letters, implementing performance improvement plans, and managing terminations as needed.

Distributor Satisfaction and Engagement:

Develop and implement strategies to measure and enhance distributor satisfaction. Act as a strategic partner to address distributor concerns and foster strong relationships.

Data-Driven Insights and Reporting:

Drive the use of market intelligence and performance data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities. Present insights to senior leadership and recommend strategic adjustments.

Required Knowledge and Experience.

10+ years of experience in performance management, market intelligence, or financial analysis, with 5+ years in leadership roles.

Extensive experience in performance management, distributor/channel operations, and strategic decision-making.

Ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic initiatives.

Proven ability to partner effectively across teams and geographies.

Expertise in developing and optimizing processes for performance evaluation.

Experience leading diverse, global teams with the ability to adapt to complex and changing environments.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Results-driven, with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
