What you will do:
- Ensure contractors do timely TP submission and driving stake holders (Planners and FF) timely review and approval.
- Ensure that all project progress data is regularly updated in the Master Tracker, maintaining updates that are no more than one week old
- Ensure to review and acknowledge the BOM that is submitted before contractor submit to Celcomdigi to raise PR for PO issuance
- Bi-weekly site inspection is done for fiber links and USP sites where civil work is in progress; by ensuring work quality and attaching the inspection check list in CDPTW.
- Attend JSV (Joint Site Visit) as and when it is required by LC/LA/OSC or other utility providers.
- Ensuring CBYD is submitted by contractor when WL is approved, and you are to raise it in the CBYD system for Fiber Jobs.
- Ensuring CR is submitted by contractors and is raised in the system when there is deviation from route or drop/cancelled, and that you have reviewed and agree that it is/are with justifiable reasons. This also holds the same for USP sites deviation of transport backhaul.
- Ensuring CDPTW is submitted by contractor while doing work as part of their site dairy work progress. You are also required to review/approve the CDPTW submitted by contractors.
- Ensuring PAR CRQ is raised by contractor in ITSM and you are to facilitate its approval prior to any activity is done on the network.
- For Fiber EB Projects, you are to follow the fiber projects based on the RASCI Matrix.
- Ensuring timely escalation of issues and challenges after all means have been explored and exhausted.
- Make sure that you and any contractors follow all HSSE requirements while working onsite.
- Preparing Reports, engaging and attending MCMC State Working Group (SWG) in updating fiber and USP sites progress.
The skills you bring:
- Possess a minimum of two years' experience in Fiber Optics Implementation projects
- Intermediate skills on using MS Office - MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Outlook
- Able to plan, manage and execute with contractors, internal and external stakeholders
