This role involves acting as the HR business partner, managing talent acquisition, ensuring smooth HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and conducting training initiatives. The position requires identifying recruitment strategies, overseeing onboarding procedures, maintaining employee data, and implementing employee welfare activities.
To act as the HR business partner and liaise between Human Resources and the business.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition:
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle. Sourcing the best talent in most cost effective way through Internal Database, Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Networking Sites, etc. for the Region as per hiring plans and targets
- Conducting preliminary interviews and screening candidates at all levels; ensuring that the candidates satisfy the qualifiers for the requirements
- Competitor analysis of various positions as per industry trends & thus benchmarking the right talent accordingly
- Manage the entire offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, getting offer letter approval and generation and managing offer acceptance/declines
- Implement ways to enhance candidate experience during hiring process.
- Seek and implement ways to promote cargo-partner as employer of choice
- Preparing dashboard of talent acquisition covering TA metrics
- Ensure hiring data maintenance in Lever (ATS)
- HR Operations:
- Completion of timely pre and post joining formalities of new joinees.
- Ensure timely provision of employee code, IT and assets to new joinees.
- Provide best in class onboarding experience to all new joiners by well-structured induction, onboarding plan and regular catch-up sessions.
- Update and maintain employee data and maintain up to date employee files in HRIS (workday).
- Regular quality audit of workday data make changes as necessary.
- Talent Management:
- Execution of the R&R mechanism to encourage positive work environment and engagement.
- Engage with functional and BU heads to ensure employee needs are addressed.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving employee grievances promptly.
- Organize and ensure timely completion of Target setting, evaluation and appraisal.
- Help organize training & development initiatives and drive e-learnings.
- Support Head – Human Resources in all people related projects.
- Employee Engagement & ESG:
- Develop & implement employee engagement calendar and execute fun@work activities at PAN India level.
- Conduct regular sessions towards employee health and wellbeing.
- Propose and implement regular CSR and ESG activities.
- Regular employer branding activities on social media.
- The scope of work of each employee includes the job description, but is not limited to it.
Qualification
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
