About the Role:


As a Human Resources Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's workforce. Your primary responsibility is to align our human capital strategy with our business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Human Resources Leadership


Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that directly align with and support the organization's overall business objectives and strategic goals.

Lead the development and implementation of innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract, engage, and hire top talent across all levels of the organization.

Champion a high-performance culture by fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that motivates and retains top talent.


Talent Acquisition & Management


Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding processes that provide a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Proactively identify and address talent gaps to ensure the organization has the necessary skills and expertise to achieve its strategic objectives.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.


Employee Relations & Engagement


Build and maintain strong employee relations through proactive communication, conflict resolution, and fair and consistent disciplinary actions.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and development by identifying training needs and developing and delivering impactful training programs.

Ensure employee well-being by administering competitive compensation and benefits programs that meet the needs of a diverse workforce.


HR Operations & Compliance


Oversee all HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee experience, time and attendance, and HRIS.

Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations through regular audits, policy updates, and training initiatives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensure data integrity across all HR systems.


Team Leadership & Development


Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Continuously improve HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.


Qualifications:


12+ years of progressive HR experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with HRIS systems, verification / KYC tools and talent management tools.

Knowledge of IN labor laws and regulations.

Ability to lead and motivate both onsite and regional teams.

A passion for creating a positive and engaging work environment.

Remote video screening with our Talent Acquisition Team

Remote 90 min video interview loop with 3 x Team Members (30 mins each)

24-72 hour feedback loops throughout the process
