** Candidates located in Central Wisconsin will work a hybrid schedule, with a combination of onsite and remote work.**
Essential Functions
Partner with People Leaders on Human Resources strategies and initiatives to ensure a positive employee experience is achieved for their direct and indirect reports.
Partner with business units to implement effective HR practices that will support value driven human capital management and the strategic growth of the business.
In partnership with the Human Resources Leadership Team, administer employee benefit programs, including health, dental, vision, ancillary, and retirement plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquires, oversee open enrollment, and coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Manage leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA, state and local leave laws, and company-specific policies to ensure employees receive the support and guidance they require.
Coordinate the recruitment process from requisition to hire for operations roles, including sourcing, screening, evaluating, and selecting candidates to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool by managing open positions
Assist in the management of the employee lifecycle.
Ensures compliance with Federal and State employment regulations and company policies in all areas of employment.
Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Team to develop solutions, programs and policies that support the Organization
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or commensurate work experience required
3 years of experience in Human Resources required
1 year of experience in benefits administration and leave management
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Financial industry experience preferred
Experience in areas of employment law and regulation associated with organizational responsibility required
Working knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems required
Workday experience preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
