Human Resource Associate - Operations
The People Experience Associate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of HR processes, compliance, and systems to enhance the employee experience. This role involves managing the full spectrum of HR service delivery, operations and HR COE's, from onboarding to payroll management, compliance, and policy development. The individual must be detail-oriented with strong communication capabilities, and a process-excellence mindset to support continuous improvement of HR processes through data-driven insights.
What you'l do:
- Communication and coordination: Serve as a point of contact for employees' and other stakeholder's inquiries regarding policies and processes and a ssist in resolving employee queries and concerns, escalating when necessary.
- Support employment events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfers, Leaves, Remote work, etc): Manage employment events from system data management perspective, m anage employee data, ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements and p artner and collaborate with employees and other stakeholders to support employees in navigating changes associated with employment events.
- Centralized global support: Operate in centralized model to cater solutions and services to standardized global processes and i dentify continuous improvement opportunities to standardize processes
What you'll bring:
- Should be a graduate. Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HR domain, prior experience of working in HR Operations / Service Delivery / HR COE's is preferred, preferably in a global or professional services firm.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in India.
- Demonstrated experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- High degree of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
