Support day-to-day HR operations, including payroll coordination, HRMS updates, employee documentation, background verification, leave and attendance, benefits, performance activities, reporting, compensation benchmarking, audits, and employee lifecycle processes. The role coordinates with HR, Finance, managers, and employees while improving HR processes and HRMS workflows.

As a part of the HR team, you’ll work closely with HR and business teams to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes, and help build efficient and employee-friendly HR practices.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the HR team in monthly payroll preparation, validation and coordination with Finance/payroll partners.
- Ensure timely and accurate employee data updates in HRMS/Keka.
- Support employee documentation for onboarding, transfers and exits.
- Coordinate BGV processes, follow up on pending cases and maintain BGV records.
- Maintain leave and attendance records and support resolution of employee queries.
- Support F&F, loans, reimbursements and employee benefits processes.
- Maintain employee master data, HR trackers and organisation charts.
- Support performance and appraisal activities, including KRA updates and follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain regular HR reports and trackers.
- Support compensation benchmarking by gathering market data, preparing comparisons and maintaining compensation trackers.
- Support HR audits by preparing employee records, reports and required documentation, and following up on audit actions.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Admin, managers and employees for timely closure of HR activities.
- Support improvements in HR processes and HRMS workflows.
Expected Skills:
- 4–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Coordination.
- MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Good understanding of payroll, HRMS, employee documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
- Experience with Keka or similar HRMS preferred.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and data management skills.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and work effectively as part of an HR team.
