The Talent Acquisition Data Analyst supports decision-making through data-driven reports and dashboards, collaborating with various stakeholders to improve recruitment processes.
The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring data driven process efficiency and decisioning in the Talent Acquisition function. This role works with internal recruiters, function head and business stakeholders to ensure decision-making is supported through relevant data dashboards and advanced reporting.
What will you do?
- Partner with Head-Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to develop BAU reports, data models and dashboards for recruitment.
- Develop visually compelling dashboards for the recruiting team on key metrics, including but not limited to- time to fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline effectiveness, candidate experience, candidate lifecycle, yield metrics etc
- Collaborate with process owners to develop and maintain relevant training, communication and change management material.
- Responsible for all weekly and ad hoc reporting out of ATS, metrics and dashboard presentations in support of the digital Talent Acquisition Team.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of talent acquisition data with relevant insights.
Who should apply?
- Data Analysts with 4-8 years' experience in advanced data reporting, analysis and insights.
- Expertise in MS Excel/ google sheets and proficiency in using MS PowerPoint and/or an advanced data visualization tool is a must.
- Experience in data analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI are highly preferred
- Exposure to extract data from a Datawarehouse or Data API is a must.
- Exposure to Talent Acquisition and/or HR Analytics will be an added advantage.
