Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and versatile professional to support Human Resources, Administration, and Marketing activities for our growing semiconductor engineering services organization.
The role will involve working closely with management and employees to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support employee engagement, coordinate administrative activities, and assist with the company's branding, marketing, events, and customer communication initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment, take ownership of multiple responsibilities, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resources
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and onboarding/offboarding checklists.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
- Support employee engagement activities, team events, and internal communications.
- Assist management with HR policies, employee communication, and basic HR processes.
- Support performance review and employee feedback processes.
- Maintain HR dashboards and periodic management reports.
- Administration & Office Management
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, facility management, housekeeping, security, IT, and other service providers.
- Support procurement of office and operational requirements.
- Coordinate company meetings, leadership visits, customer visits, and internal events.
- Support management with miscellaneous operational and administrative activities.
- Marketing & Business Support
- Support development of company presentations, brochures, newsletters, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate website and social media content updates.
- Assist in preparing LinkedIn posts, company announcements, employee highlights, and business updates.
- Support participation in semiconductor industry conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and customer events.
- Coordinate event registrations, booth requirements, promotional materials, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Maintain a database of customers, partners, industry contacts, and prospects.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
Experience: 2-6years of relevant experience, with strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills may also be considered.
Preferred: MBA/PGDM in HR or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
