Key Responsibilities1. Dashboard Quality Assurance & Release Support
- Execute QA activities for HCI dashboards under defined standards and checklists.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy of reported metrics.
- Validate visuals, calculations, and KPI definitions for consistency and correctness.
- Conduct regression testing for dashboard enhancements and defect fixes.
- Monitor dataset refreshes and perform post‑refresh data accuracy checks.
- Support release activities by identifying issues and documenting QA results.
- Support data governance practices for HCI dashboards and datasets.
- Maintain and update dataset inventories and reporting documentation.
- Assist in creating and maintaining data dictionaries and metric definitions.
- Ensure dashboards adhere to established governance and reporting standards.
- Support Power BI Service operations, including:
- App audience updates and access support
- Workspace access maintenance under defined governance guidelines
- Process access and role change requests in line with approval workflows.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of Power BI Service issues.
- Support the build, enhancement, and maintenance of HCI dashboards.
- Implement minor changes and fixes as directed by senior team members.
- Ensure dashboards remain up to date, performant, and compliant with standards.
- Assist with database and data source support activities related to HCI reporting.
- Validate refresh dependencies and coordinate with upstream data providers when needed.
- Perform basic data quality checks at the source level, where applicable.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests as assigned.
- Assist in triaging requests based on priority, complexity, and impact.
- Ensure ad hoc requests are delivered accurately without impacting critical reporting cycles.
- Experience with Power BI (Desktop and Service)
- Strong attention to detail for data validation and QA activities
- Basic understanding of data governance and metric standardization
- Experience working with datasets and scheduled refreshes
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance and supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Human Capital / HR / Workforce analytics
- Familiarity with enterprise BI environments and reporting standards
