About the role
As our HR Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration
- Reconciling pay runs and ensuring accuracy in data
- Analysing payments and fixing any discrepancies
- Managing employee records and maintaining our HRIS database
- Preparing employee contracts and letters
- Paying staff invoices
- Preparing HR reports and running analytics
- Managing and updating policies
- Assisting with adhoc HR projects and initiatives
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Degree in HR or Finance (highly regarded)
