Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HRIS Support Specialist to drive the support of our Workday platform and its integrations. This role combines strong technical expertise, a solid understanding of HR business processes, the ability to troubleshoot issues and manage support incidents and tickets.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HRIS support liaison to handle HR related cases primarily around Workday Integrations and other technology issues around Workday.
Ability to troubleshoot and manage integrations using Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Should be comfortable using Service Now as the primary case management tool and be able to communicate and work with other teams within the company.
Should have good communication skills to be able to work with users from various global locations.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of Workday experience.
Should be willing to learn new technology and take on responsibility.
Should be able to work US support hours and should also be able to support for any critical issues.
Familiar with testing processes and SDLC.
