We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh MBA graduates specializing in Human Resources to begin their professional journey in a dynamic and growth-driven environment.

You will be involved in various HR functions that support a smooth employee experience and contribute to a healthy workplace culture.

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement activities
  

• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance practices
  

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  

• Help organize training sessions, team events, and internal communications
  

• Assist with performance appraisal documentation and follow-ups
  

• Address basic employee queries and route them appropriately
  

• Coordinate with other departments for smooth HR functioning
  

• MBA in Human Resources (Freshers welcome)
  

• Good understanding of core HR concepts and Indian labor laws
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality
  

• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team goals
