Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
- A full-cycle recruiting role responsible for leading recruitment efforts for the Mumbai office across accounting, tax, consulting, and various business advisory teams.
- Collaborate with Hiring Partner(s) and Manager(s) to: understand service area and recruiting needs.
- Create diversity initiatives and ideas to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Coordinate interview for hiring manager and team supply candidate resume, interview questions; conduct behavioral based and technical interviews, facilitate the assessment and selection process with the identified interview teams, coach on usage of applicant tracking system /legal requirements for pre-employment screening. present offers and complete the recruiting cycle by ensuring a successful on-boarding experience.
- Research current recruiting trends; modify sourcing plans, processes, expectations as needed.
- Utilize applicant tracking system to fullest extent.
- Formulate, along with HRG, as necessary, the compensation/salary offer; present to candidate and facilitate any ensuing negotiations.
- Work with hiring manager and HRG to assign start date, buddy, partner assignment, orientation date, and other relevant information.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources (or similar) required.
- Minimum 7- 10 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter.
- Must have an understanding on how to utilize LinkedIn, Naukri, Talent Insights and other platforms to generate talent pipelines.
- Experience of using Workday will be an added advantage.
- MS Office experience required.
- Must be flexible with work hours if required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Experienced working with regional or global team set-ups/stakeholders would be a strong advantage.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in working with senior leaders on hiring needs.
- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to use data to drive recruitment strategies and should possess strong analytical skills.
