HR Process Analyst

Why this job’s a big deal:
The HR Process Analyst will ensure we have the right enabling conditions in place to deliver brilliant execution of people processes and seek opportunities for greater efficiencies and simplification. The HR Process Analyst will serve as an End-to-End process subject matter expert (SME) in the execution of HR service delivery program and provide process and technical expertise to Business as Usual (BAU) process improvement initiatives.
In this role you will get to:

Manage global end to end Employee lifecycle activities such as background check verifications, hiring, onboarding, changes and terminations utilizing our HR system of record (Workday)

Respond to employee and people manager questions (via P&C Service desk) and provide guidelines to follow current policies and procedures.

Leverage communication channels and tools to enable “Tier 0” self-service.

Serve as liaison between Priceline and key external stakeholders in topics related to employment verifications, background checks, employee filing system and others.

Work in partnership with the payroll team to ensure relevant activities impacting hires, documentation, FnF or related are completed on a timely basis.

Support the relocation process for employees or new hires following internal policy and procedures

Ensure accurate data is maintained in our HR data system (Workday) and our employee filing system.

Ensure HR Internal controls and Data security are incorporated in End-to-End processes

Partner with SMEs to resolve Tier 2 process and system configuration issues.

Support ad-hoc requests from other team members such us reporting & analytics, and processing of invoices related to operating expenses.

Drive the embedding of the HR service delivery model by leveraging processes and technology to enable a self-serve culture into the organization and driving a better employee experience.

Continuously improve Business As Usual (BAU) processes and people data to drive efficiencies

Identifies opportunities for using automation tools to improve efficiencies and minimizing errors.

Manage end to end Worldwide contractors in Workday (hiring, extensions, terminations)
Who you are:

BS/BA degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent work experience.

3 - 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.

2 years experience working with HR operations and processes.

1 year experience working with HRIS (preferably Workday HCM and transactions)

An independent, curious and proactive nature.

Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management

A customer centric focus, with a sense of urgency and understands the value of ‘get it right first time’.

Flexible work at Priceline
Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
