An HR Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient human resources processes within an organization. This role focuses on administrative and operational tasks that support HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
What you will do:• Managing and updating employee records in HR systems.• Create and support HR Certificates for employees.• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes.• Handling benefits enrollment and answering employee queries.• Assisting with payroll processing and time-off tracking.• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.• Collecting and analyzing HR data to support decision-making.• POs and Sourcing Support.• International mobility local admin support & coordination.
The skills you bring:• HR Generalist experience (2-4 years) in a multinational organization.• Strong organizational and time-management skills.• Knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations.• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.• Communication and problem-solving skills.
