We’re looking for a HR Lead to lead People Operations for our India business - NIRA.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll own HR for India — partnering closely with local leadership and our global People team to build a strong, compliant, and scalable employee experience.
Based in Bangalore (hybrid), you’ll lead a small team while acting as the trusted HR partner for employees and managers across the organization.
Location: Bangalore, India (hybrid)
How you'll make an impact

  • Own HR operations in India — payroll, benefits, and day-to-day people processes

  • Ensure full statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, and employment law)

  • Act as the go-to HR partner for employees and managers

  • Lead and develop a local HR team

  • Support onboarding, performance, and employee growth initiatives

  • Maintain clean, accurate HR data and reporting

  • Partner with global teams to support hiring and scaling efforts

  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with strong India operations expertise

  • Deep understanding of compliance, payroll, and employment law in India
