Greenland Investment Management is a Mumbai-based hedge fund manager specializing in high-frequency currency arbitrage and mid-frequency commodity arbitrage strategies traded across global exchanges. We manage over USD 1 billion in assets under management, and our investor base includes pensions, endowments, independent asset managers and other institutional investors. We invest significant proprietary capital in our funds alongside our investors to maintain a strong alignment of interests.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Greenland Investment Management in Mumbai. The Human Resources Intern will provide support to the HR team and assist in day-to-day tasks such as HR management, recruitment, personnel management etc.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Help organize and coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Understanding of employee benefits and related compliance requirements
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain highest confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Relevant certification programs or courses in HR will be an added advantage.
