We're looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our People team and support our recruitment efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, offer management, and HR operations in a fast-paced AI-healthcare startup.
Key Responsibilities
- .Offer Letter Generation: Prepare offer letters, compensation letters, and appointment letters using Excel templates and Google Docs
- Recruitment Support: Assist with job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Data Management: Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and compensation data in Excel/Google Sheets
- Candidate Communication: Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, send offer letters, and track acceptances
- Documentation: Manage offer documentation, track candidate responses, maintain organized filing systems
- Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and maintain hiring dashboards in Excel
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets - able to work with formulas, data entry, templates, and formatting
- Excellent command of Google Docs/Microsoft Word - for creating and formatting professional offer letters and HR documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - clear, professional, and error-free communication
- High attention to detail and accuracy (critical for offer generation)
- Ability to handle confidential salary and candidate information
- Currently pursuing or recently completed degree in any field
