Manages day-to-day human resources operations, including recruiting, staffing, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, policy development, and labor-law compliance. The role supports employee evaluations, serves as a liaison between management and staff, monitors HR best practices, and contributes to building a positive organizational culture.
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. This includes but is not limited to recruiting and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview and hire employees for the organization
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Handle employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Manage employee benefits and compensation
- Organize and conduct employee training and development programs
- Handle performance management and employee evaluations
- Act as a liaison between management and employees
- Keep abreast of current HR trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
The HR Executive will be an integral part of the NIMT College team, and will play a key role in building a positive and productive work culture for the entire organization.
