Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels and coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-ups, offer coordination, and onboarding.
Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining recruitment trackers, candidate databases, hiring reports, and a strong talent pipeline.
Manage day-to-day office administration, including supplies, facilities, assets, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, courier, travel, accommodation, and other administrative requirements.
Support company events and ensure timely resolution of office-related issues.
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, team-building, recognition, and wellness initiatives.
Manage internal communication for engagement activities and company announcements.
Gather employee feedback and support initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Recruitment and Administration.
Experience in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRMS and recruitment portals is preferred.
