Job Description – HR Recruiter
Role Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment management, from requirement gathering to offer rollout and pre-joining follow-ups, ensuring timely closure of positions with quality talent aligned to business and cultural requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and validate manpower requirements (RCD) from department managers; clarify expectations, skills, and deal breakers.
2. Prepare hiring ASK, identify deal breakers, and obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders.
3. Design interview assessment tools, task-based evaluations, and structured interview questions aligned to role requirements.
4. Identify and finalize appropriate sourcing channels using a funnel-based approach (job portals, referrals, agencies, campuses, internal movement, etc.).
5. Execute job postings, monitor applicant quality, and optimize sourcing strategies as required.
6. Screen resumes and application forms, evaluate against role criteria, deal breakers, and cultural fit.
7. Coordinate and manage candidate assessments, ensuring timelines (TAT) and professionalism.
8. Schedule and conduct HR interviews; coordinate Technical and Management rounds.
9. Capture interview feedback using standardized evaluation formats and share recommendations.
10. Manage background verification (BGV), reference checks, and pre-joining documentation.
11. Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate data accurately.
