Position Overview
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our operations in Mumbai/Thane. Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner / HR Director, this role acts as a key point of contact between HR and business stakeholders, ensuring people processes are implemented consistently and effectively.
This is a hands-on HRBP role, focused on employee relations, performance management, and day-to-day HR support, while also contributing to broader people initiatives. You will work closely with managers to support engagement, compliance, and talent outcomes within a dynamic BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
Core HR Business Partnering
- Support business leaders by aligning HR practices with operational needs
- Act as a trusted HR point of contact for managers and employees
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Employee Relations & Performance
- Handle employee relations matters professionally and confidentially
- Support performance management processes, including coaching and corrective action
- Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and compliant work environment
Talent & Workforce Support
- Support talent management activities, including onboarding, development, and retention
- Assist with change initiatives and people-related projects as the business evolves
- Develop a solid understanding of the business to better support workforce needs
HR Data & Continuous Improvement
- Use HR data and reporting to identify trends and support informed decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience
Qualifications
Essential
- Completed secondary schooling
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resources
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, including at least 2 years in a Business Partner role
- Working knowledge of performance management, HR best practices, and labour legislation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
