Summary:

We are seeking an HR Business Partner based in Bengaluru, India who is high energy, self-motivated and hands-on to efficiently support and scale our rapidly growing company. As a member of our high-performing HR team, you will handle a variety of HR projects and provide ongoing support and HR expertise to our India based employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide mentorship and counsel to leaders for all HR processes and procedures, including performance management, talent management, compensation planning, talent development, and career development.
  • Collect and analyze human resources data to make recommendations that promote continual improvement and detailed execution of HR initiatives.
  • Handle sophisticated employee relations matters, acting as a mentor and consultant to employees, supervisors, and managers.
  • Contribute to the HR department's reputation by taking ownership of accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add customer value to objectives and output.
  • Complete projects and special assignments by assessing priorities, handling time effectively, gaining the teamwork of others, observing progress, solving problems, and making appropriate adjustments to project plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Working experience in Workday implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in HR supporting large multinational companies (MNCs) is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Workday is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in cross-geographical teams is preferred.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 8 years of HR experience, or a master's degree in HR management with 5 years of experience in the HR field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
