About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles within our hospital network. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare recruitment and a strong ability to source, screen, and onboard quality talent efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Source candidates for clinical roles (doctors, nurses, paramedics) and non-clinical/support staff through job portals, referrals, and consultants
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job specifications
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate pipeline and maintain recruitment trackers/MIS
  • Negotiate offers and manage onboarding formalities for new hires
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for critical/urgent hospital positions
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-joining ratio)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital hiring
  • Familiarity with hiring for clinical and non-clinical hospital roles
  • Strong sourcing skills (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under deadlines
  • Proficiency in ATS/recruitment tools and MS Office
