Required Helpdesk executive with good communication skill and managing the day to day operation in coordination with the team by following the client's polices and guidelines.


Qualifications:


  • Degree holder in a any stream
  • Minimum 2 year's previous experience in a help desk or support role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify customer needs and assist with the best solutions for the issues.
  • Maintain records of employee's interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Raising the reactive and proactive calls in the Helpdesk software on timely basis
  • Monitor and manage ticket queues in help desk software- Corrigo Enterprises
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Maintaining and tracking the inventory falls under Helpdesk Operations
  • Managing the Key operations for employees
  • Supporting the business for events requirements such as space, material movement, aligning the concerned team for further support
  • Completion of the assigned trainings on a timely basis
  • Provide feedback on how to improve customer support processes and tools.
