Head - Product & Portfolio Trade| Mumbai

1) Responsible for activities related to the development of new products and/or features and functionality of products including developing business cases, requirements definition (BRDs), product enhancements innovation, feature and functionality definition based on market, industry research and trends for Commercial Bank clients 2)  Conceptualizes, plans, prioritizes, coordinates design and delivery of products or features to product release, and serves as product ambassador within user community 3)  Works in close co-ordination with Sales, Trade Client Management, Technology, Business Managers and other stakeholders to fulfil the delivery objectives 4)  Identifies solutions ranging across data analytics, reporting, CRM, Trade Workflows and trade processing 5)  Responsible for executing on the end-to-end product development lifecycle and will also scope product releases. Also, to provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business 6)  Delivering business analytics on Qlikview, Tableau, Access – Performing data investigations, troubleshoot data quality issues, and conduct exploratory & descriptive analysis of the business datasets 7)  Responsible for handling legal, audit related compliance

1) Import Finance/NFB covering LC/BG/SBLC - The function would be responsible for design, development, updation and implementation of product and process circulars. 2)  Export Finance - Export Finance both in INR/FCY within the regulatory framework. This function would also cover building relationships with various export associations like EEPC/FIEO and communicate various government schemes/incentives to the larger team w.r.t EPCG/Foreign Trade Policy and Interest Equalization Scheme. 3)  Regulatory & Compliance - This would involve evaluating the workability of a transaction basis FEMA, DGFT and PMLA perspectives, and also in coordination with RBI and all other regulators. 4)  Digital Transformation & Remittances – Responsible for digital transformation of trade finance in consultation with technology and trade operations team. Also responsible for creating a technology/functionality based differentiator by seamless integration of various applications and customer touch points. Will regularly coordinate between product/sales/ops team to implement the digital solutions stack. Remittances will cover all outbound and inbound FX flows in current accounts, individual accounts, A2 payments and LRS payments
