Oversees case governance, escalation, quality assurance, reporting, documentation, preventive controls, and closure. Partners with senior leadership and assurance functions to strengthen integrity and risk oversight, while building and developing a high-performing investigations team.
- Whistleblower / Hotline Management
- Lead and oversee the corporate whistleblower hotline program and speak-up framework.
- Ensure effective assessment, escalation, and resolution of whistleblower complaints.
- Provide management with investigation insights and recommendations to address misconduct risks.

- Candidate should have prior work experience in the field of GRC / Compliance Risk Management / Corporate Compliance Auditing / Compliance Consulting / Corporate Governance
- Relevant Experience: 8 -10 Years of GRC / Compliance Risk Management / Corporate Compliance Auditing / Compliance Consulting / Corporate Governance
Total Experience: Post Qualification Experience of 16 - 20 Years
