- Head of Flexcube Corporate Technology ensures Corporate part of Core Banking has been purposed as per bank's need.
- Further, execution of the Program wrt. design of functionality has to be planned appropriately.
- Execution also involves management of team, cost, etc.
- Lead the Flexcube Corporarte Technology team In Core Banking Transformation Program.
- Manage the team of different IT bsg module leads.
- Should be part of creating solution design, product design and guide team to drive an efficient solution.
- Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business units, and work closely with compliance and security teams.
- Should have know how of Digital channels where core banking Corporarte is supplier of information.
- Oversee platform deployment, integration, and maintenance, optimizing for performance and reliability.
- Manage system upgrades, Audit,Appsec and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with vendors to incorporate new features and drive automation.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team, focusing on development and retention.
- Lead recruitment for the Flexcube Corporarte Technology team.
Qualifications: BE, BSC-IT, BCOM, BSC, Prior relevant experience of Project Management and Team Management
MBA, PMP (both not mandatory but preferable)
Experience: 15 to 20 years
