Mission
Lead our engineering crew on a mission to reinvent how technology solves real-world problems. You’ll set the technical vision, grow an exceptional team, and roll up your sleeves when needed to ship groundbreaking solutions in Python, Node.js, GoLang, and React.js.

Shape and own the technical strategy, making sure it fuels our product vision and business goals.
Build, mentor, and inspire a team of world-class engineers who love to solve big, messy problems.
Guide architecture and tech choices so we can move fast without breaking things (too often).
Drive delivery of projects from concept to launch, balancing speed, quality, and innovation.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and everyone else who makes the magic happen.
Spot and embrace emerging tech that can give us an edge.

You’ve led engineering teams before and know how to balance vision with getting things done.
You have serious technical chops in these:
GoLang
Node.js
React.js / React Native
Python
You understand RESTful APIs, cloud infrastructure, and what it takes to scale a product.
