As a GTM Engineer at Antarctica Global, you'll drive the transformation of our go-to-market strategy by automating and optimizing sales workflows. Your mission is to leverage AI, build seamless integrations, and design scalable systems that accelerate our revenue growth without adding headcount. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, build data-driven solutions, and shape our GTM engine’s future in a high-paced environment.

Key responsibilities involve:

• Build Core Infrastructure: Architect and implement foundational GTM systems, integrating tools and processes to establish scalable sales workflows.
• Leverage AI from Day One: Identify, customize, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate workflows, scrape for all relevant sales signals, enhance customer experiences, and accelerate growth.
• Campaign Design & Execution: Create and run fully automated, data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
• Data-Driven Strategy: Develop analytics frameworks to generate actionable insights, optimize strategies, and measure outcomes.
• Experimentation & Scalability: Drive a culture of innovation by implementing systematic experimentation to refine and scale GTM processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, R&D and operations teams to understand challenges and build impactful solutions.

• You are a technical B2B SaaS Sales operator who has the GTM savvy and cross-functional collaboration skills to instantiate and accelerate revenue-generating activities without scaling headcount.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a GTM or similar role with a focus on operations, growth, or technology integration.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM tech stacks, including CRMs, MAPs, APIs, data enrichment platforms, and AI tools. Basic scripting abilities to automate workflows will be a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable processes that meet ambitious growth targets.
• A deep understanding of system architecture, automation tools, and data modeling.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work across functions and translate technical requirements into business outcomes. You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.
• You have a clear understanding of what climate change is and its challenges over the future of humanity

Headquarters

Our headquarters are located in the historical part of Mumbai (India), exactly 5 minutes walking-distance from CST Station, an incredibly beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site and 15 minutes walking-distance from Churchgate Station. Our offices have large French windows with ample light coming inside and from which you can observe parrots and kites flying in the surrounding centenary trees. We’ve used teak wood and marble for our furniture, and we display lovely artworks on our walls. Not that any of these matter for your application, but we do like the idea that you'd like to settle in Mumbai ;) While we offer this position on a remote or hybrid model, you'll be invited to come to our offices for group gatherings and other events.
