At SolarSquare Energy, we’re reimagining how customers experience clean energy through technology and innovation. We are looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead our cross-functional product teams and drive end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of consumer needs, business impact, and product innovation. You will be responsible for defining product vision, building scalable systems, and ensuring alignment across teams to deliver world-class products that enhance customer experience and drive growth.
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap across multiple product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Own the entire product lifecycle — from ideation and research to development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-impact features on time and within scope.
- Develop and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
- Guide and mentor product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with business and leadership teams to define go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 5–7 years of proven experience in product management, ideally with exposure to supply chain, operations, or consumer products.
- Strong understanding of product development frameworks, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling in-house platforms or systems that improve operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to convert business challenges into structured product solutions.
Other Requirements:
- Exposure to software and web product development.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data analytics.
- Experience with structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., root cause analysis, design thinking).
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- A growth mindset — ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead teams through change.
