Position at a Glance
The Senior Supply Chain Finance Lead will be a key leader in our Mexico City Global Capability Center (GCC), overseeing a team of finance professionals dedicated to supporting the North America Supply Chain Finance organization. This role bridges regional operations and strategy, ensuring financial visibility, accuracy and insights into critical supply chain areas such as manufacturing and logistics. As a senior leader within the GCC Supply Chain Finance team, this role will not only deliver high-impact financial analysis but also coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of Supply Chain Finance (including SAP month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and audit readiness) with a proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading operational finance initiatives.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings across the supply chain, including manufacturing and logistics;
• Provide financial leadership and guidance to the supply chain organization, ensuring alignment with global finance strategies and objectives;
• Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities across the supply chain, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis;
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across the supply chain finance function;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across North America to design and implement financial initiatives and projects;
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures and regulatory requirements;
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain finance performance and identify areas for improvement;
• Manage, coach and develop a team of approximately 24 people;

1. Education
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field;
2. Experience
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A with exposure to supply chain finance;
• Strong working knowledge of manufacturing and logistics finance with FMCG background;
• Extensive practical ERP systems knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.);
• Professional with Financial certifications (FPAC, CFA, CPA, CMA, CGA) and/or MBA in Finance would be an strong asset;
• Proven experience in leading and managing finance teams;
3. Skills
• Demonstrated leadership, proactiveness and management abilities;
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail;
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a global finance environment;
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude;
