Role Overview:

The FP&A and MIS Reporting Specialist will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. This role involves analyzing financial performance, preparing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts; provide actionable insights.
• Partner with business units to understand drivers of financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.

MIS Reporting:

• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
• Consolidate financial data across departments and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• CA/CMA/MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, MIS reporting, or related roles.
• Experience in [industry, e.g., service sector, FMCG, IT] preferred.
