Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual materials for various marketing channels, including web, print, social media, and more. This role requires a strong understanding of design software, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design and produce visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, website graphics, social media posts, email templates, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and translate them into effective visual designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Prepare and present design concepts to internal stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends and technologies.
- Prepare files for print and digital production.
- Maintain an organized archive of design assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
- Experience within B2B digital, web, digital magazine-style layouts, and print design is a must.
- Experience as an in-house or agency designer
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma/ Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with web design and/or UI/UX design is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
Bonus Qualifications
- Graphics production skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS WordPress
