We’re looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in visual design fundamentals and a clear understanding of how design performs across platforms. This role focuses on creating intentional, high-quality visuals that support storytelling, brand identity, and performance.
You’ll be designing for a wide range of use cases, including social media, YouTube thumbnails, course materials, brand assets, and marketing content. The ability to adapt your design approach based on platform, audience, and goal is essential. Familiarity with modern AI tools as part of a design workflow is expected.
This role is for someone who takes design seriously, values clarity and taste, and enjoys working in a fast-moving, high-standard creative environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a graphic designer working across digital formats
- Strong foundation in design fundamentals, including layout, typography, color, hierarchy, and visual clarity
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and Figma
- Ability to design for multiple formats, including social media, YouTube thumbnails, course content, and branded assets
- Clear understanding of how platform-specific design impacts attention, engagement, and performance
- Ability to translate creative direction and brand guidelines into clean, effective visuals
- Comfort iterating quickly while maintaining a high level of quality
- Familiarity with modern AI tools as part of a design workflow
- Ability to collaborate closely with strategists, producers, and project managers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
