Job Description:
Apprenticeship is a 12-month program that will provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending theoretical knowledge with on-the-job training. Over the 12-month period, apprentices at Russell Investments will gain valuable exposure to industry while developing essential soft skills and acclimating to a professional corporate environment.

Position Summary
The Sales Operations Apprentice will support the Sales Operations team in executing strategic initiatives, operational projects, reporting activities, stakeholder communications, and process improvement efforts. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales operations, project management, CRM processes, data management, and business transformation initiatives.
The apprentice will work closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Data Governance, Technology, and Client Service to support the successful delivery of key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities.
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations and executive-ready communications.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings and document decisions and next steps.
Assist with process documentation and standard operating procedures.
Support reporting and dashboard preparation.
Monitor operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Assist with vendor coordination and file management activities.
Support AI-related productivity initiatives and process automation projects.
Maintain project documentation and status reporting.
Qualifications
Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Interest in business operations, project management, and process improvement.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to project management methodologies.
Experience with Power BI or reporting tools.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems is beneficial.
