The Practice – A Brief Sketch
The Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice is aligned to the Global Network Song Practice of Accenture and works with clients across their marketing, sales and services functions. As part of the team, you will work on transformation services driven by key offerings like Living Marketing, Connected Commerce and Next-Generation Customer Care. These services help our clients become living businesses by optimizing their marketing, sales and customer service strategy, thereby driving cost reduction, revenue enhancement, customer satisfaction and impacting front end business metrics in a positive manner.
You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of these, you will drive the following:
Creative Leadership:
Develop and drive the creative vision for campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience needs
Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts for marketing, advertising, and branding projects
Oversee all creative deliverables, maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Team Management:
Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and foster professional growth within the team
Promote a collaborative and inclusive culture that encourages innovation and teamwork
Client Collaboration:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and translating it into creative solutions
Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the vision
Build strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term collaboration
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with marketing, product, and strategy teams to align creative direction with overall business objectives
Develop creative strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty across multiple channels
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging design technologies to inform creative decisions
• Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
Establish clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocations for creative projects
Troubleshoot challenges and provide solutions to meet project requirements and deadlines
Content Creation:
Oversee the design and execution of high-quality visuals, videos, and written content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms
Ensure the seamless integration of storytelling and visual design across all touchpoints
Quality Assurance:
Review and approve all creative work, ensuring precision, consistency, and alignment with client expectations
Implement feedback loops to continuously improve creative outputs
Innovation and Trends:
Stay ahead of design trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge creative solutions
