• The Flow desk, primarily focused on the FX product class, aims at capturing and enhancing the FX Flow footprint by harnessing internal and external data, using LLM and other technology and empowering our Salesforce with actionable insights.

Your key responsibilities

• Analyse internal datasets to identify potential FX clients using proprietary algorithms.
• Maintain and continuously update the internal Large Language Model (LLM) to ensure accurate data insights.
• Collaborate with the Business Management Team to ensure the accuracy of client performance metrics.
• Integrate external data sources (Refinitiv, news, etc.) with internal systems to enhance client insights.
• Maintain and develop the IT infrastructure required for data pipelines, ensuring efficient system performance.
• Collaborate with the Business Management Team to ensure the smooth integration of tracking and reporting tools.
• Provide the Marketing and Sales teams with insights derived from internal and external data.
• Refine algorithms and models based on feedback from the Sales Execution and Business Management teams.
• Build MIS and data analysis tools to monitor various aspects of trading.

Your skills and experience

• Strong understanding of SQL, Python (pandas, matplotlib, scikit-learn, web-scraping)
• Experience in working with large datasets, data warehouses and the ability to pull data using relevant programs/coding.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong understanding of macro economies, derivatives markets (including FX and Rates market)
• Strong project management / organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and clarity of thoughts
• Individual with a sense of commitment & motivation for self-development along with attention to detail
