Role Summary

The GBS Talent Acquisition Enablement Coordinators will be responsible for managing high-volume interview scheduling, candidate travel arrangements, and background checks for Kimberly-Clark candidates. This role ensures operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous process improvement across Frontline (FL) and Workforce (WC) hiring.

In one of our Talent Acquisition Enablement roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Key Competencies

  • Exceptional work management, prioritization, and organizational skills

  • Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to professionally and confidently interact with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Detail-oriented and proactive, geared toward continuous improvement

  • Technically savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides coordinator and administrative support for the Talent Acquisition team

  • Ensures an excellent candidate and client experience handling communication, scheduling, data updates, and more

  • Handles complex scheduling of assigned high volume interviews including communication to interviewers and candidates

  • Works with other administrative teams as needed to coordinate complex schedules

  • Provides interview teams with necessary information and materials

  • Assists with travel arrangements for candidate interviews

  • Monitors background check process and communicates results to Talent Acquisition partners

  • Forms positive recruiter/coordinator relationships to allow open communication and provide quick and effective workflow

  • Assists in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related function OR 3 plus years administrative experience, preferably in a recruiting function

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to interact professionally and confidently with individuals at all levels

  • Detail oriented, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement

  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Comfortable working with multiple competing priorities

  • Must be comfortable working in US shift timings to support US region hiring operations.
