About the Role
Solutions Metrix is a North American CRM consulting firm helping banks and credit unions modernize their operations through CRM implementation, process automation, and digital transformation.
We're growing our delivery team and looking for a Functional Consultant who is equally comfortable running a client workshop and designing a CRM solution. This is a senior, client-facing role.
Note on schedule: This role operates on a 9 AM – 5 PM EST schedule to align with our North American clients. This role is fully remote. We compensate significantly above the Indian market rate and offer full flexibility. We understand it's a real commitment. Please consider this honestly before applying.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions directly with bank and credit union stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, process maps, and solution designs
- Design CRM workflows and automation - member onboarding, loan origination, contact center routing, relationship management
- Own client communication throughout delivery - alignment, transparency, and trust are your responsibility
- Coordinate with internal architects and developers to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
- Build and deliver end-user training and support clients through go-live adoption
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to SM's internal knowledge base
What We're Looking For
Must-haves
- 4+ years as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst on a major CRM platform (Creatio, Salesforce, Dynamics, Pega, or equivalent)
- Proven client-facing experience - you've led workshops and managed stakeholder relationships independently
- Strong BFSI domain knowledge (banking, credit unions, insurance, lending)
- Professional-level English - client calls, requirements docs, difficult conversations
- Genuine openness to working EST hours

- Prior experience with North American client accounts
- Full lifecycle delivery experience
