The role includes incident handling, service requests, and basic configuration tasks supporting daily lab operations. Experience in chemical lab environments or chemistry education is preferred.

- Strong understanding of full stack development principles including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and agile development practices.

- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
