Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing emerging technologies and methodologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach and agile practices, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of system components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
