Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.
Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development, AWS Glue, PMP, Prince2 practitioner, ITI, SharePoint, JIRA, MSPS, excel

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Working within an agile environment, the role demands adaptability and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality software that enhances client services and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Glue.
- Strong experience in developing responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development, including RESTful API design and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies in cloud environments.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
