Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span both the user interface and backend systems. This role requires actively contributing to the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. The work environment encourages a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies, fostering collaboration and adaptability to meet evolving business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to promote transparency and efficient problem-solving.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating backend services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
